WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE
We are a medium sized long established practice looking after approximately 6000 patients in the Norton area of Stourbridge; there has been a surgery here for over 30 years. Situated in Whittington Road, the practice area extends to cover Old Swinford, West Hagley, Wollaston and Stourton.
Access Service
The Access service has been provided by the practice for patients over the age of 16, it has been designed so that you are able to book a routine appointment with a Doctor and order your regular prescription via the computer from home or work.
To use this service you will need to have a unique pin number.
To obtain this unique pin number you will need to come into reception with at least 2 forms of identification,
1: verifying your name and address
2: Proof of the person (as listed below)
Without the identification the reception staff will not be able to issue you with a pin number.
We will ask you to read and sign our Terms and Conditions for using the Access Service.
Please avoid very busy times such as first thing in the morning.
Types of ID we will accept are:

Parents may enrol under 16 year old children to use the appointment system only. When the child reaches 16 they will need to re-enrol in their own right.
